On January 23rd we screened 3 TED talks presenting views on the current state of the general American diet, how we think about the food we eat, and how it gets to our tables. Discussion facilitators from the local food scene joined us to lend their knowledge and listen to the thoughts and ideas of local residents. Together, we explored these topics as they relate directly to the Richmond community. Melissa Krumbein, Owner of Kitchen Thyme, hosted the evening.
